We all make mistakes in our careers.
Some mistakes are small while other are big that will make us question whether we are in the right career path.
In the below video, Jack Wu (Executive Chairman of Premier Financial Alliance) shares the two mistakes that almost made him choose a different path.
(1) Don’t try to be perfect.
When you are not perfect, you are actually perfect. Otherwise, you will experience a lot of burden that makes you unlike the real you.
(2) Do not try to change anyone.
Winners are always winners, losers are always losers, unless there’s a significant change in their lives. The only people you can change is yourself. Once you change yourself, the whole environment surrounds you will change.
